What is a credit report?

A credit report is a track record of both your personal and financial credit information. Which includes information taken from public records, personal identification and debt information.

How do I get Billed?

Credit education companies can only charge a consultation / set up fee and monthly after work has been done. We will bill our consultation / set up fee after we meet, and then we do bill in a rears for ongoing services.

Why do you need my identification?

The credit bureaus often request personal identification prior to processing a dispute. By providing it up front we minimize delays – and significantly improve the efficiency of the process. Our only goal is to get the job done quickly, and to deliver the best value.

When do I see results?

Once you sign up we begin the clean up process within 48-72 hours. Credit bureaus have 30-45 days to provide results to disputes. So after about a month you will start getting results. Remember results are sent to YOU not to us. You will know the outcome before we do.

How long does it take to clean up my credit?

As we mention in your enrollment, each situation is different. We generally tell all of our clients that they can expect anywhere from 3 months to see a noticeable difference, to 6 months to complete the service. Credit clean up is a process and although we work quickly to clean up your credit, we at the mercy of the credit reporting agencies, court houses, and creditors’.

How do I build credit if I can’t get approved?

Most people assume it is impossible to build credit if they have been turned down so many times. But when you have bad credit or no credit, there are only a few things you can do to rebuild and unless you know those options you will get turned down. You cannot go to just any creditor to help you because most cannot help people with bad credit. We can teach, help and show you how!

Is credit clean up legal?

Yes, you have the right under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), including the right to challenge inaccurate, misleading, unverifiable and obsolete items showing on your credit report. Questioning items on your credit report is your legal right (see the Fair Credit Reporting Act).
